The SIM Action section provides tools for managing and updating SIM configuration.
Unlike Reporting and Charting, which are read-only, SIM Action allows you to make live changes to SIM status, Group assignment, and configuration.
All changes made here directly affect SIM behaviour and billing. Every action is logged against your User Role account.
Access to specific functions depends on your assigned role and permissions.
What You Can Do
SIM Action allows you to:
- Move SIMs between groups
- Activate or deactivate SIMs
- Update warning and cut-off levels
- Apply changes to multiple SIMs in bulk
- Transfer SIMs between distributors (where permitted)
Because these changes can impact connectivity and charges, they should always be applied carefully.

The SIM Action menu includes:
- SIM Action – Perform configuration changes on individual or multiple SIMs
- Distributor Transfer – Transfer SIMs between distributors (where enabled)
