Zones Lookup is a reference tool that allows you to view the geographic structure used in tariff and reporting calculations.
It can be used in two ways:
- To see which countries are included in a specific zone for a given SIM type
- To identify which zone a particular country belongs to
This tool supports interpretation of usage and charge data shown in Insight Live and reporting pages.
Searching by zone
Select a SIM type and zone to display the list of countries included within that zone.
This is useful when reviewing:
- Base zone coverage
- Out-of-zone activity
- Roaming configurations
Searching by country
Enter a country name to identify the zone it belongs to for the selected SIM type.
Because zones may vary between SIM types, it is important to ensure the correct SIM type is selected before reviewing results.
